I used to think that an orange was the best source of vitamin C that you could get from food. Turns out I was wrong! In fact not only does a red bell pepper have more vitamin C, but so do many other foods. I have listed a chart below to show the difference in milligrams between 12 other foods that you can now add to your diet for a good dose of vitamin C.
